In Version 7.0 defining shortcuts is easier than ever before and any selected icon or function within the RTM interface can be assigned to one of the 20 shortcut keys. Four of the shortcuts are saved for common RTM functions – Zoom(window), Zoom back, XY view and Zoom Max.

Clicking on the Shortcut Icon will open the shortcut utility. To set a shortcut, click on one of the Function buttons, the utility will then grey out waiting for the key to be set. To assign the shortcut click on any function or icon within the RTM interface and the description will be displayed in the button to the right of the function key. Clicking on the description will also open the assigned function. Once a shortcut is assigned it can be changed at anytime by following the steps above.
