Flow Cut Program

The Flow Cut program will cut inner corners by using a reference cutter to calculate a program. It will parallel to the corner and work its way from the outside to the inside of the corner. The last pass will be a cut down the center of the corner. The Flow Cut Program consists of 7 sections.
1. Files – give the program a name and select a window if needed.
2. Tool – select tool and give the tool parameters.
3. Check/Update – for checking for violation or updating the stock model.
4. Geometry – set upper and lower limits, stocks and step overs.
5. Detailing – this will give the user a choice on how to detect material.
6. Reference Tool –the user will enter the information of the previous tool
7. Entry/Exit options – setup the way the user wants to enter and exit.
