DP Database Ribbon

The ribbon will give the user option to change the DP file. There are three different sections to the ribbon File, Drill Pattern and Options.

Load – this button initially allows the user to load in the Dp file the is chosen from the drop-down menu.

Close – will close the opened DP file and return to the main screen.

Save – will save any changes that are made to the Dp file.

Import Drill Patterns – allows the user to import a Dp file from Version 6.

Update Drill Pattern – allows the user to update the Dp file with any version 6 Dp file.

Export Drill Pattern – Allows the user to export the Dp database out as an .ZDM file.

Add Folders – this option will allow the user to add folders and create a folder tree. Highlight where the folder is needed and select Add Folder once that folder appears the user can then name it.

Delete – this option allows the user the ability to delete selected patterns.

Rename, Copy and Paste – these options are used to rename patterns copy them and past them.

Enable and Disable Drill Pattern – with these two options the user has the ability to disable patterns so they can not be used by the system when tagging a file. The enable button will only be active if a disabled pattern is selected, allowing the user to re-enable it.
