How to Install a Lemoine Update

1. Make sure all Lemoine applications are closed, including the RTM Toolbar. Check the Taskbar as well to ensure it is not open.

2. Copy the new update to the desktop of the PC or locate it on the server where it was placed.

3. Double-click the RtmV7.xx.xx.xx-Update.exe file that you placed on the desktop or located on the server.

4. The password can be obtained from your Lemoine agent. This password changes with every new update that is released. Select “OK” once you have entered the password. Note: If the password is typed incorrectly, the “OK” button will not be highlighted.

5. Accept all default prompts by selecting “Next” or “Accept.”

6. Once the installation is complete, a confirmation window will appear. Click “Finish.”

7. After installation, everything should be set and ready to use.
